In previous articles I have mentioned that it has not been possible to process Infrared shots in directly in Photoshop RAW, due to White Balance issues. Now it seems, that is not the case.
Exploiting the varying amounts of Infrared light that different objects give off leads to dramatically coloured shots. In this part of the series I’ll take you through how I post processed a recent pic taken on a Flickrmeet.
I recently bought an Infrared filter for my new Canon 40D in order to try out some non-visible light photography. In this first article I will attempt to explain how to capture IR shots and then in the next post we’ll look at processing methods.
